Yes, all the rates on the web-site are actual.

What is included into the cost of transfer?

All the rates for taxi transfers are total. High way, fuel, child/baby seats (when needed) taxes are included. NO EXTRA PAYMENT REQUIRED.

Is pick-up or drop-off from few hotels/condo included into the cost of trip?

Yes it is included. For example, party of 4 people books transfer from Suvarnabhumi to Pattaya and 2 of them go to Central Pattaya and 2 to Na Jomtien. The rate remains the same 1,399 THB.

How much does taxi from Bangkok to Pattaya cost?

The rate depends on the type of car. Trip with sedan Toyota Camry costs 1,199 THB from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi to Pattaya and 1,499 THB from Bangkok city to Pattaya. The full pricing table with calculation comes by the link.

How much is taxi from Pattaya to DMK airport?

1,599 THB for luxury sedan Toyota Camry.

How long does it take to get from Bangkok to Pattaya?

It takes about two hours is there is no traffic jam. The distance between Bangkok city and Pattaya is around 140 km.

Does rate depend on number of passengers in the car?

No it does not.
Eg the cost of taxi Bangkok airport Pattaya is 1,199 THB for Toyota Camry. 1,199 THB is for 1, 2, 3 etc passengers in the car.

Does rate depend on the transfer time? What is the difference in the night?

No it does not. Our rates for transfer are the same regardless the time.

How payment is executed?

Customer pays directly to driver during or right after the transfer in THAI BAHT. Payment in USD or EURO can be done as well.
If customer needs pay in advance - that can be executed via CREDIT CARD; Pay Pal or Bank Account.

Where is a meeting point?

At BKK airport Suvarnabhumi at Exit 3 on arrival level.
At Don Mueang airport: GATES 5 - for international flights; between GATES 11 and GATES 12 - for domestic flights.
At Pattaya-Rayong airport U-Tapao: at 7/11 store in 100 meters from Exit.

How is meeting executed in case of flight is delayed?

We check flight statuses everytime. If flight delay occurs we respond accordingly and meet passenger any way. We are also grateful to passengers for the extra info by cell or email.

We do not see driver with our sign. What to do?

First please make sure you stay at Exit 3 which is located inside airport on the second level (the arrival level where you get your luggage and pass the customs). Anyway if you do not see driver with your sign please call +66-8-00023377 (from 8:00 till 23:59) or +66-8-14591929 (from 00:00 till 8:00).

When the booking should be made?

At any date in advance suit you.

Do you make transfers to Ko Chang? Is ferry included into the rate?

Yes we make transfers to Koh Chang. You need to buy ferry tickets at pier (~80 THB/pax).

Do you make transfers to Koh Samet?

We provide with transfer to Ban Phe pier. From there it will take you 30 minutes to get to Koh Samet by spead-boat or ferry.

How much is taxi to Hua Hin (Cha Am)?

2,099 THB - from BKK to Hua Hin; 2,999 THB - from Pattaya to Hua Hin.
