Dear Mary, yesterday's trip to Pattaya was enjoyable. I worried because Nitty wasn't driving, mostly because she was familiar with the places I needed to visit. However Mr Thanakrit was wonderful. His driving is excellent and he had no difficulty getting me to the different places. He is a very gracious and true "gentle man".
I think we have been using Pattaya- Express since 2016... Thank you for providing a service that always exceeds our expectations. You have the very best drivers. I always feel safe when I travel with Pattaya-Express.
Wishing you continued success.

06.04.2020
Our departure from Pattaya was scheduled for 03:00 AM. Since everyone was expecting a curfew, there was a misunderstanding of whether we could even get to Bangkok airport. Our good friends had suggested this service, and we have made the right choice!
I filled out a booking form on the site, and in a couple of minutes later I received a confirmation. The answers to each question come almost immediately. Instead of the ordered Toyota Innova, we were provided with Hyundai H1. Transfer to airport was very comfortable and quick.
We are thrilled and will recommend the service to all of you.
Good luck and healthy! See you soon!
Alex

14.03.2020

I have used the services of your company for 4/5 years now and I would like to tell you how impressed I am with the service you provide.
The cars have always arrived a little early (which is always nice) and are spotlessly clean. The drivers are always polite and drive sensibly.
Rarely do customers get the kind of service you provide so I wanted to just say thank you. Be sure that I will recommend your company to anyone visiting Thailand.
I look forward to booking again next year.

To Everyone at Pattaya Express!

On behalf of my Hong Kong football academy, I would like to express my deepest gratitude.
Your service was faultless throughout the entire weekend. Your drivers were courteous and professional and your behind the scenes support was prompt, incredibly understanding and flexible.
I cannot tell how important your contribution made to the whole trip. You took away all the anxiety that usually comes with transportation arrangements on these kind of overseas trips.
As such, we fully intend to use your company for all future trips and will recommend your services to all our friends and fellow soccer schools.
Thank you so very much!
Edward

Dear Pattaya Express! Just wanted to say thanks for the 3 transfers you provided this month, all on time and with drivers who kept a safe distance from the vehicle in front.
If anyone is nervous about choosing a taxi before arriving in Thailand, well the price quoted was the price charged, no hidden extras, all road tolls were included and even got a reassuring message from Boris confirming flight arrival and pick up time. When booking back from Pattaya on the phone, the lady said "Yes I remember you, we will be there 9am in the morning!". And they were there !

19.07.2016
Wanted to take this opportunity to give some positive feedback on your service.
Our driver today, Nitty was fabulous. She knew Bangkok extremely well and had us at the embassy gate at 8.25am. After we finished our work at the embassy she drove us to a number of outlets so my wife could make some purchases - the fact that she knew her way around Bangkok was really helpful.
Later in the morning we received a call from the embassy stating there was a problem with our passports and we had to return to the embassy a second time. It was no problem for Nitty and she has us back at the embassy in a few minutes. Overall a great experience - please pass on our appreciation to her.
We will be travelling again to Bangkok in August. We would like to book Nitty for the trip if that is possible.
Bruce

Booked a taxi on the website for pick up from DMK airport to Pattaya (return). And the service was A+! My flight arrived to DMK airport at 3am in the morning and after passing my immigration and getting my luggage the driver was ready to greet me at the promised gate with my name on a sign. He came to pick me in a Toyota Fortuner. The vehicle was in good condition on the inside and he even offered me a bottle of water. air conditioning in the car worked perfect! we stopped for 5 minutes (washroom break) and reached pattaya comfortably. I had booked for return journey and the driver was right on time for pick up from my hotel in a Toyota Camry with a sign on my name on it. Reached the airport comfortably again and both ways the drivers were friendly, ready to answer any questions I had.
I found Pattaya Express Taxi extremely professional & very easy to book and I am highly satisfied with their service. Will most definitely book again for my taxi to and from BKK or DMK airport to Pattaya or other nearby cities!!! Many Thanks to Pattaya express taxi team
